We have our tow truck, which we try to use as much as possible for vehicle transportation. However, with the tow truck also comes a small team of platers (trade plates are registration plates given by the DVLA to companies like ours to let us drive individual cars for commercial use).
We always inspect the car and take photos of any damages We also fill out a form called POC (proof of collection) and then take photos when the vehicle is delivered which is called POD (proof of delivery).
